I always thought by-passing a sales person would save me money; I didn't know that that wasn't the case. Also, it makes sense, why hurt a sales persons for the sake of a sale!

the first time we had ever been to down town ford is about three year's ago. and when you go into the car dealer they ask you what kind of car your looking for and they will help you . me and my husband really love down town ford .. i would recommend down town ford to any one who is looking for a car .p.s and the finance people over their are great to won't keep them out .. thank you and god bless..
